RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ONLINE POLICY

Items purchased online from LILA Philadelphia are eligible for exchange or store credit or refund to the original form of payment within 7 days of the date the merchandise was received. Merchandise returned after 7 days of receipt will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total at the time of your return. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days. Please note on returns or exchanges for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. LILA will not return any shipping costs. All sale items, and final sale items will not be accepted for exchange or return. No exceptions.

 

LILA Philadelphia is not responsible for lost/stolen packages that are being returned to us. LILA associates have the right to reject any returns upon their discretion.

 

Please be mindful that LILA Philadelphia is not responsible for normal wear and tear on an item or for any damages that occur to that item. 

 

IN-STORE POLICY

Regular priced items purchased in-store from LILA Philadelphia that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of the purchase date. No refunds.

 

Item(s) warranted for store credit/exchange must be in their original condition with tags and the original receipt MUST be presented upon return. 


All sale items are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for exchange or return. No exceptions. If an item goes on sale after you purchased it for full price, we will not price adjust.

 

EXAMPLES OF PAST REJECTED RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

 

1. Hemming a style

 

2. Smoke odor (cigarette etc.)

 

3. Worn items that smell of perfume or body odor

 

4. Pulls and snags on an item from wear 

 

5. Washed items smelling of laundry detergent

  

6. Makeup + sunless tanner
