LILA Philadelphia is looking for someone with a passion for fashion to fill a part-time position. Could that be you?


We're actively looking for someone who would be available 1 day/week. Tuesday availability is required, with flexibility to cover other days as needed. The ideal candidate would be available to work with us long-term, ideally 1 year - 18+ months (no seasonal applicants please).
The position would require someone who is: reliable, detail oriented, responsible, communicative and who takes initiative. Retail experience is a must, but it doesn't necessarily have to be in fashion. Engaging with customers and building customer relationships is essential to our business, so friendliness and a professional mindset is necessary.
Familiarity with social media is also required, as the position also involves posting to LILA's social accounts during the work day. Being comfortable in front of the lens 'so to speak' is important, especially for Instagram story try-ons etc. Having an eye for design and experience with re-merchandising is a big plus, as we'd love to see you get creative with stories and posts, as well as with our window displays and remerchandising our space.
College graduate preferred. We offer competitive hourly wage and associate perks! Interviews will be conducted throughout June with an official start date TBD in July.
