If you could capture a scent and bottle it because it reminded you of a favorite place or memory, what would it be? For Perfumer Vanessa Viragzik it was bunches of lilac, lily of the valley and lavender, with singular notes like Tahitian tiare flower, tuberose and white amber that stirred her fondest memories of growing up in Northern Michigan, where the most fragrant of flowers abound.
From her appreciation of the flora and fauna native to the Midwest, sprung a desire to establish Bloom & Fleur, her budding business where she lovingly cultivates cruelty-free perfumes using traditional, small batch crafting methods.
Fragrance enthusiasts will delight in the brand’s 'Bloom' line of scents, including Blend no. 209 (a bestseller!) crafted from a warm blend of vanilla, white amber, musk and sandalwood; Blend no. 468 combining lavender, vanilla and musk for a clean, yet earthy floral; Blend no. 473, teasing the super feminine cherry blossom with cherry fruit, vanilla, lily and rose; and Blend no. 586, which warms with exotic Tahitian vanilla, musk, jasmine and sage to master the most alluring of scents.
